Returns & Exchanges — The Naked Tiger
We accept clothing purchased from The Naked Tiger in new condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact for store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Final sale: Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over your underwear.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Hygiene sticker must be in place, swing tags attached, and the item in perfect resale condition.
- Items must be returned in the original The Naked Tiger packaging.
FAQ
Do you offer refunds?
Under normal circumstances we do not offer refunds. If a full-priced item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to provide an exchange in the form of store credit (issued via email) equal to the value of your clothing. Original shipping charges are not included.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, store credit is typically issued within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification with your credit code.
Where can I use my store credit?
You can use your store credit on our website. Enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order.
Return Process
To get started, please complete the return form with your personal details and order number. Next, provide the reason for your return along with the items you wish to send back. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive confirmation, and the item(s) should be shipped to the address provided in Step 2 of the form.
Is return shipping free?
No. Return shipping costs for exchanges are not covered or reimbursed by The Naked Tiger.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help—please contact customer service immediately with your request. Note that our support team may operate in a different time zone than some store locations.
What items are not exchangeable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value.
- Sale items, including purchases during flash sales or with a discount code above 15%.
- Items worn without the hygiene sticker and/or with tags removed.
- Items that are marked, stained, or damaged.
I purchased at full price and now it’s on sale. Do you price match?
Orders placed prior to a sale are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds once a promotion begins.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Once an order is confirmed in our system and payment is received, it cannot be canceled.
What if I receive a faulty item?
We quality-check every product, but if you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service within 7 days so we can start the exchange process.
The Naked Tiger will cover return shipping for confirmed faults. Please keep your postage receipt; we will reimburse you once the item is assessed and deemed faulty. Use a tracked method to ensure safe delivery.
After inspection and confirmation of a fault, we will issue a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.
If your package shows signs of transit damage, email our team within 7 days of delivery.
